When is specific game available?
Our hunting calendar shows you exactly when game and BBQ products are available. This ensures you always order at the right time — and work exclusively with fresh and legally sourced meat.
Game Season
(September – February)
During these months, the hunting season is in full swing. At G&H, you will find a diverse range of small game such as pheasant, hare, partridge, duck, and wood pigeon. Everything is offered ready-to-cook or butchered, always within the legal hunting period.

BBQ Season
(March – August)
When game is out of season, we switch to our artisanal BBQ specialties. Think of bacon torches, chicken skewers, and arrosticini. These products are available on a regular basis from March until the end of August.

- Plain bacon torch
- Seasoned bacon torch
- Chicken thigh arrosticini (50g), plain or marinated
Hunting Calendar
